Sweet, sincere, adorable, strong, brave, tenacious… made to be a momma. Lindsay exemplified all of these characteristics through her pregnancy and labor. It was an honor watching her grow in her confidence as she became a mother. She was surrounded by such an amazing support system. Her husband vigilantly stayed by her side and her awesome, excited (this would be an understatement) momma held her hand and comforted her like only mommas can do.
And seeing as that I don’t have my grandmothers anymore, I want to adopt hers. I learned more about the Kardashians, The Bachelor, and 50 Shades of Gray from her 87 year old grandmother than I have from my peers! She is 87 going on 21. There were so many powerful and inspiring women in Lindsay’s life… and no doubt Ms. Bailey will learn from all of them.
Lastly, I love when the grandfathers are active and present. Don’t get me wrong I know it’s hard to see your precious daughter in pain, but to see him hug her, lay his hands on her, and comfort her as she became a mom, it just melted me.
Sweet Bailey you are surrounded by love. I can’t wait to see who you grow into one day darling!
